This policy explains what information DroidCat LLC ("DroidCat," "we") collects through droidcat.com and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you request a strategy call, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email, phone number, industry, budget range, your preferred contact method, your contact permission and its wording and time, and any message you include. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views, visits, referring sites and device types. The site loads an AI assistant provided by Votel; Votel and its service providers may process technical information such as your IP address and the page you visit to provide the assistant.
With your permission, we also use Google Analytics to understand website visits and Meta Pixel to measure advertising. These services may use cookies and receive information such as your device, pages viewed, and whether an inquiry was submitted. Meta may also automatically collect additional page and product details. Google and Meta process this information under their own policies. You can change your choices using the Privacy choices link. A Global Privacy Control browser signal disables Meta advertising measurement.
If you use the AI assistant, our service providers process your chat messages or voice conversation and the details you choose to share, including appointment details. Voice mode requests access to your microphone through your browser.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and schedule a call
- To respond using the contact method you selected; automated texts and AI-generated voice calls require your explicit agreement on the form
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam
When you choose advertising measurement, Meta may receive information about your visit for advertising measurement and related purposes. Mobile information and text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to deliver your requested conversation.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to host the site, store form submissions, and deliver requested email, text messages, and AI-assisted calls. They process your information only to provide those services to us.
Text messages
If you choose text and explicitly agree, DroidCat may send an initial automated response about your inquiry and continue the conversation when you reply. We do not enroll you in recurring marketing texts. Message frequency varies with your replies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. You can choose email instead; permission to text or call is not a condition of purchase. Text message terms appear on our inquiry form.
Your choices and rights
You can accept or reject optional analytics and advertising measurement separately, and change your selections using Privacy choices in the website footer.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've given us. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion.
